I’m not quite sure how I feel about it. I almost want to buy it just to keep anyone from building there, but that seems kind of silly and selfish.

Do you know how much it is for? How much land? Perhaps I will buy it; if the perk and such is done then I can build my house sooner…
Three lots; asking price is around $120k per lot. You might be able to talk them down lower than that, but it wouldn’t surprise me if they could find someone willing to pay that much.
And I don’t think I’m willing to pay that much.
