Primarily Second Life lately, but in general games don’t work wonderfully on it. Older games expect cards to support 256-color mode. And then there are newer games (like SL) that expect really good graphics capabilities, and probably more games like it in the future.
My computer’s about 3 years old, so feels kind of silly to replace my graphics card if I’m probably going to be replacing my computer within a couple years anyway.
Neither. Second Life will suck out your SOUL.

Actually, it’s more like a real church with a virtual building. I went there last Sunday, and it was pretty neat.
I have two computers sitting in the closet that I don’t use. If you want to borrow one then I can bring it over tomorrow.
Chip: 4.5 years old, but much better than yours for graphics (remember us both playing Neverwinter Nights? :) )
AthlonMP 1900+, Nvidia TI4600, 1024MB RAM, RAID0 40GB HDDs, 21″ monitor, DVD, CDRW
Cheri’s: 1.5 years old
P4 2.4GHz?, 512MB? Not really sure, but its not bad
