Hm. I’m running a Mechwarrior game at WPI from 1500-1700 that evening, but I suspect I can either come before, come after, or leave for a few hours, depending on the temporal nature of the tevent.
It certainly will be temporal in nature. Our home has no known access to extratemporal domains.

God, I swear – I was sweating and toiling over Java database code (Java database? Why does that sound like a terrible idea in retrospect?) in the Fuller basement while the guys next to me were tweaking their network performance and playing entire games of Warcraft with different numbers of players. I’m sorry, does that sound like sour grapes? :)

Yes, stress testing. We plug as many devices with RJ-45 jacks into the network as we can, and see what happens.
