So, it seems like some other people have posted asking the audience for questions to answer. Perhaps this is how people deal with what I perceive to be another of the suboptimal features in LJ—there’s no way for a visitor to start a conversation topic on “my” page… Visitors can only comment on what I’ve started.

Or maybe it’s just a way to have something to do when bored or procrastinating.

In any event, feel free to post and ask me any number of questions, about anything. I’ll do my best to answer them. Or just randomly say “Hello”, if you can’t think of something to ask.

  3. The questions thing is just the current “meme,” the current trend on LJ. Some people follow them, some people find them pointless. It all depends on what you use LJ for.

  4. Jessi also tends to poke at times… I’m not sure about other PeteJessi-isms, although Jessi only has one “e”…

  5. Some of the ones I’ve seen on LJ seem quite pointless, but questions are an amazing tool for learning about other people.

  6. Her own relatives often don’t get it right, so don’t feel bad :)

I find it interesting that the only one who asked me questions so far is my wife…

  7. those count as questions! they do they do i swear! they had question marks! so me AND jessi.

  8. I’m sorry; you’re right… Sorry I missed that they were questions… Since you started by saying Hello (via poking), I was thinking of the rest of what you said as just comments, and not as Questions That I Was Asking For.

But to try to answer your questions more fully now, it can be hard to look at yourself and see what -isms you have… Do others have ideas on what Jessi and I do that is looking for?
